Hi, I'm Beth! I love Jesus, puppies, and children. When I’m not teaching yoga or behind my desk coaching women, you’ll find me running or enjoying long walks on the beach with my pup. My first foray into fitness coaching was ages ago, when I worked as a corporate fitness coach, teaching classes on-site to groups of women during their lunch hour or after work. Since 2010, I've worked as a certified life and weight-loss coach. I have a 200 hour certification in Vinyasa yoga as well as many other trainings. I've also fought my own wars with weight gain, fitness, and self-worth. I know what's possible for each of us. I have a Doctorate in Ministry, so I'm trained to help people. When you work with me, I am your biggest encourager, whether in a fitness class or private coaching.
