I've been helping moms like you for more than 10 years! Like many of you, I struggled with limiting beliefs and a lack of confidence in certain areas of life.
In reality, I think we all wrestle with false beliefs that we accept as facts just because that’s what we’ve always known.
Once I figured out the path to gaining confidence, believing in myself, and doing everything from love and grace, everything changed ~ both for me and for my kids.
Life just got better. I went back to school and got a Doctor of Ministry degree and became a Certified Life Coach, specializing in moms and children.
Because stress, emotional trauma and weight struggles are so interrelated, I have also become certified as a weight loss coach.
