Right now, you feel stuck
You’d love to feel calm, happy, and great in your own skin, but you just can’t.
You frequently feel triggered and stressed. Stress makes you eat. Eating makes the stress go away-for a minute-then you feel guilty and ashamed..
You look in the mirror and hate what you see; inside you feel unworthy and unlovable.
You’re cranky; your fuse is short, short, short. You yell and then feel even worse (Hello, Mom-guilt!).. You eat to feel better (hoping this time will be different). And the cycle continues.
You worry that it’s too late to change; past traumas and defeats have made you who you are today. You don’t think you can get past them.
You wish you could feel happiness more consistently, but you don’t know how. The stress drags you down.
Food = comfort. When you’ve had a bad day, you head for your favorite comfort foods, feel better for a little bit, but then the guilt and shame takes over, making you feel even worse than before.
You worry that you’ll always feel stressed, always eat emotionally, and that you’ll never be able to love yourself and feel confident and happy, no matter what happens around you.
Imagine how good it would feel. . .
To wake up each morning happy to be you, excited for what the day will hold.
With no self-doubt, strong and confident, able to juggle your responsibilities effortlessly.
Feeling confident that you can successfully conquer stress before you yell or reach for the cookies, chips, or wine.
Loving yourself for who you are, even when you look in the mirror. Who’s that amazing person smiling back at you?
Leaving past traumas exactly where they belong-in the past-and being able to think of that time or person without being triggered.
You CAN start fresh, and you CAN have the life you’ve always dreamed of! Imagine how great you will feel!
Hi, I'm Beth.
I love Jesus, puppies and children, and long walks on the beach.
I've been helping moms like you for more than 10 years! Like many of you, I struggled with limiting beliefs and a lack of confidence in certain areas of life.
In reality, I think we all wrestle with false beliefs that we accept as facts just because that’s what we’ve always known.
Once I figured out the path to gaining confidence, believing in myself, and doing everything from love and grace, everything changed ~ both for me and for my kids.
Life just got better. I went back to school and got a Doctor of Ministry degree and became a Certified Life Coach, specializing in moms and children.
Because stress, emotional trauma and weight struggles are so interrelated, I have also become certified as a weight loss coach. I'm confident that I can help you ditch stress, lose the weight, and become a healthier person, emotionally, physically, and spiritually!
